Abstract

The problem of educational migration as a factor of outflow of youth from the regions of the Russian Federation is posed. The results of the study of the higher education market of the Ulyanovsk region 2018-2019 are presented. on the basis of empirical data, the causes of educational migration from the region are analyzed. Proposals for managing the flows of youth migration are formulated. The necessity of activation of interaction of higher education institutions with other levels of regional education system is proved.
