Abstract
A large-scale work on the creation of instruments of legal, financial and material support for labor migrants has begun in Uzbekistan over the past three years since the adoption of the Strategy in five priority areas of the development of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2017-2021. The Agency for External Labor Migration and private agencies under the Ministry of Employment and Labor Relations of the Republic of Uzbekistan provides employment for citizens of Uzbekistan outside the country. These regulatory legal acts expand the scope of social and legal protection measures for citizens of Uzbekistan engaged in temporary labor activities abroad, determine ways to effectively manage and monitor the processes of organized recruitment, preparation, implementation of adaptation measures and the employment of our citizens abroad and at home.
