Abstract

The study showed that in the period from 2011 to 2018 there is an imbalance in the intentions of the permanent population and the development needs of the labor market in the Far East. As part of the influx of temporary labor migrants, the number of internal labor migrants is constantly increasing. In the structure of international labor migrants, the proportion of migrants working on the basis of a patent is increasing.
