Abstract
This article discusses the international aspects of the legal framework of Assisted Voluntary Return and Reintegration Program (AVRR), analyzes the principles and objectives of AVRR, concludes that AVRR is the most desirable form of return, since it takes into account the decision of migrants for the successful implementation of programs The AVRR needs the cooperation and involvement of a large number of participants, including migrants, civil society and the governments of the host and transit countries and countries of origin.
