Abstract
This article comprehensively discusses the theoretical and practical socio-economic problems of the conse- quences of labor migration of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan. An attempt was made to assess the more than twenty-year period of labor migration of citizens of Tajikistan, the forecast of existing risks and socio-economic and political destabilization. Special attention is paid to the processes that lead to economic degradation of society. To substantiate the greater reliability of the information, quantitative assessments and qualitative characteristics, and possible circles of the analyzed indicators, are added to the article.
