Abstract

What is 20 years old? To be a happy person in the future (according to S. Buller) at this young age a person must make key choices: profession, education, have clear criteria for choosing a partner, friends, work and start to implement them. What is 20 years for science - this is the period when reflections are still going on, but there are the main developments, directions for further development. And what is 20 years for a department at a university?
