Abstract

There is a popular opinion that "history teaches nothing." This is guile. History teaches, if not replaced by propaganda. Reflecting, for example, the war, it should accumulate experience of strategy and tactics, patterns of war. And above all, don't lie to please anyone! The textbook of social disciplines is designed to solve the problem of ideological choice, to be a set of sociological laws, rules and some universal principles.
